The basics of what you should know about Arizona tenant rights.

The law limits how much a landlord can charge for a security deposit (one- and one-half month’s rent), when it must be returned (14 days after a tenant moves), and may set other restrictions on deposits.

Withhold Rent

Termination and Eviction Rules

State laws specify when and how a landlord may terminate a tenancy.
